Returns Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

The Jeweler's Daughter does not accept returns. In the event that the customer receives damaged or the incorrect merchandise, we do offer exchanges and/or store credit. You must file for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be in the same, unworn, original condition, complete with the packaging. 

To request an exchange or store credit, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at polly@thejewelersdaughter.com and include your order number, the item(s) you are returning & the items you are replacing them with in the body of the message. If you want store credit, just include the list of items you are returning. We'll then reply with your RMA #, which you will need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.
