RETURN & REPAIR POLICY

The Jeweler’s Daughter does not accept returns. We accept exchanges for goods or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Credit is good for in stock items only. To exchange your purchase, please email polly@thejewelersdaughter.com.
The Jeweler’s Daughter will replace any goods that might be delivered damaged. Please email us with a detailed photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds, exchanges and credit cannot be issued for custom jewelry design.

Please contact us for repairs due to regular damage or wear and tear.

No returns, exchanges or repair services will be provided after June 4th, 2025.
